These charts show a 5-year history of Active, Pending, and Sold Listings on Mercer Island. As you can see for 2024, our inventory is starting to increase, but it is still very much in the “normal” range for the last 5 years. Pending sales peaked earlier this year than in the past 5 years. We typically see sales slow down over the summer and that happened a bit earlier this year.
